The Grove is the signature dining experience of the Culinary Institute of America at Copia, led by Executive Chef Dominic Orsini, a CIA graduate and food and wine pairing expert, who has been serving the Napa community since 2005. The indoor/outdoor restaurant brings a garden-forward approach to California cuisine, showcasing the bounty of the CIA at Copia’s gardens and surrounding county farms and ranches, as well as sustainably raised meats and seafood.
