Richard Rybicki is an attorney working closely with employers, helping them navigate a vast array of tough workplace issues. He represents employers in courts and administrative proceedings throughout the United States (and was lead counsel in the first two California PAGA cases). Rick also assists businesses and public entities during union organizing, collective bargaining, and arbitration. He attended U.C.L.A. and Cambridge, receiving his law degree from Cornell University.
