VACAVILLE, CA – Travis Credit Union cares about the wellness of our members and communities. Today, Travis Credit Union announced that the branches located in Napa County will be conducting business from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays, until further notice. School closures and other restrictions due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic have created staffing challenges.
“We are in the business of people helping people,” stated Barry Nelson, president and CEO of Travis Credit Union. “We are working hard to make sure we continue to provide essential services while also following recommended health guidelines. Our first priority is to keep Travis Credit Union’s members and employees safe and well-informed while adhering to the health guidelines being issued by local, state and federal government.
The new hours will be effective Monday, March 23, 2020 at the Napa location:
- Travis Credit Union Napa Branch, 3263 Claremont Way, Napa, CA
Members are invited to contact the Travis Credit Union call center at (800)877-8328 to make an appointment if services are needed after 3 p.m. Access to online and mobile banking are available for those who prefer not to visit a branch, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“We know this crisis is impacting many of our members financially, so we’re waiving fees to help those experiencing financial hardship on a case-by-case basis,” added Nelson.
