On Friday, January 25, 2019, the Napa Chamber of Commerce held its 130th Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon at the Silverado Resort and Spa.   Festivities began with a champagne reception for the sold-out crowd of 300 attendees, before the 2019 NCC Board Chair, John Evans, General Manager of the Silverado Resort and Spa called the meeting to order for the official start of the program.

 

Travis Stanley, Chamber President/CEO, introduced guest emcee Barry Martin.   Attendees enjoyed a 3 course meal provided by Ricardo Jarquin, Executive Chef — Smoked Trout Rilletts with Bulgar and Crème Fraiche, followed by Oven Roasted Chicken Breast , wild rice pilaf Agridulce, Seared Maitake Mushrooms, Crispy Shallots, finally topped off with Chocolate Torte and raspberry coulis.  Martin introduced the 2019 Board of Directors who were officially sworn in by Scott Sedgley, Vice Mayor.
