Master Sommelier Matt Stamp leads this fun, informative session. We taste a selection of local wines and give you the tools to crack the code—structure, body, tannin, acid, aromas, all the things that go into making wine such a wonderfully complicated beverage. Learn a little bit about blind-tasting, pick a Master Sommelier’s brain, and fine-tune your own sense of wine appreciation. This class is appropriate for just about anyone—from enthusiastic beginners who are just starting to figure out white from red to seasoned enthusiasts.
