Promoting the Community
Are You Concerned About How The Community Perceives Your Business
The Chamber’s Committees Keep You Informed, In Touch & Involved
Chamber committees provide a conduit of information to you about
healthcare, the airport and South County businesses, local legislative
issues, transportation, manufacturing and public services. While you’re
busy working at your business, the Chamber is promoting the community
through involvement, facilitation and education.
As a Member of the Chamber You Help Sponsor Benefit Events
Each year the Napa Chamber of Commerce holds a benefit Golf Tournament
that raises funds for local non-profit organizations. The golf
tournament is attended by 144 business leaders who enjoy a day of
fun-filled competition. A portion of the proceeds from entries,
sponsorships, raffle and auction are given to several non-profit
organizations in the community. Past recipients are Napa Valley
Community Housing, Napa Boys & Girls Club, Napa Active 20/30
Club-Children’s Charitable Fund, Playground Fantastico, Cybermill
Clubhouse, Junior Achievement, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Ross Game
Business Scholarship and Napa Chamber of Commerce Educational Programs.
By supporting the Chamber, you help support these local non-profits as
well.
The Chamber Acknowledges People Who Serve The Community
The Napa Chamber holds its annual installation dinner each January.
This gala event is attended by the board of directors and business
leaders in the community. Several people are honored at the Annual
Dinner such as Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Health
Professional of the Year, Ambassador of the Year and Public Safety
Employee of the Year.
The Chamber Keeps You Informed
The Chamber can notify its members using e-mail in the event of natural
disasters such as floods, road closures or traffic disruptions, or
other important events that may affect your business. We facilitate
information flowing to and from our members. Staying informed makes
everyone feel more a part of the community. When you are part of the
Chamber, you are helping to promote that feeling of community.
