Program Staff Supervisor - Direct Hire, Napa DOE
Purpose of the Position The purpose of the Program Staff Supervisor is to work in conjunction with the Program Director to provide oversight and accountability of direct service staff. Provides performance management to staff and ensures all grant and contract obligations are fulfilled. Participates in agency planning as a member of the Management Team.
