Help Those Affected by the Northern California Fires

In response to the Napa County fires that displaced thousands of area residents, Napa Valley Community Foundation (NVCF) has mobilized its Disaster Relief Fund. NVCF also established a relief fund in response to the Napa Earthquake of 2014 with a $10 million lead gift from Napa Valley Vintner, which ultimately helped provide services to more than 12,000 earthquake victims, and cash aid to 1,400 community members hardest-hit by the last declared disaster in the region.

Redwood Credit Union, the 2016 Napa Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year, in partnership with the RCU Community Fund, Inc., The Press Democrat, and Senator Mike McGuire, is now accepting financial donations to assist fire victims and aid relief efforts. 100% of your tax-deductible donations will go directly to support those affected. When donating, you may choose to support any, or all of the four counties affected: Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, or Lake. If designating "all" your funds will be equally distributed among the four counties.

The Salvation Army is week 2 of Northern California fire relief efforts., and to date has provided approximately 59,000 meals, 145,000 snacks and 101,000 drinks to evacuees and first responders. At each affected location, SA officers and volunteer staff are also providing emotional and spiritual care.

This campaign will fund recovery for those directly affected by the over 5,000 structures and 50+ lives lost to the Napa-Sonoma County fires. All funds raised will be spread across the following worthy organizations and their relative efforts to save lives and assist people in their initial phase to recover and rebuild; The Napa County Fire Department, Sonoma Valley Fire Department and the Lake County Fire and Rescue.

Official fund-raising platform for firefighters who've lost their homes in the Sonoma and Napa firestorm of 2017, managed by IAFF Local 1775. Please note that 100% of funds raised will go directly to the firefighters who've lost everything.
