Filming on City streets and neighborhoods in Napa is coordinated through the Napa Chamber of Commerce which makes referrals to other City departments depending on the particular needs of any given production. The foundation of all projects approved to film in the City of Napa or on City property is the submission of a Film Permit Application, insurance certificate and payment of use fees.
